Having never tried McAlister’s, we were thrilled with our sandwiches, etc. My French dip was perfect, and the cucumber tomato salad was a great addition. Everything was fresh and well-made. Even the sweet tea was great. The two young ladies working were friendly and courteous. A wonderful discovery!
As soon as me and my family walked in, weren't greeted, no one at the counter, 4 people in the kitchen looking at us. We stood there for 5+ minutes, finally someone came to the front, then ignored us for another 5 minutes. Even the manager ignored us. I'm very patient, been in the food industry, but that was horrible. Ended up walking out because we were completely ignored.
We came in only only one maybe 2 other people in place. Took around 40 + minutes for us to get our order 3 potatoes
