Preordered several items hours in advance online. When I got there (a hour after the pick up time I selected) nothing was ready. Waited 20 mins for them to get the items ready. They came out and looked a hot mess! Cellophane wrapper was cut like a kid in preschool, ribbon was the wrong color, and I couldn’t give it as a gift. I asked for them to remake- they did without question but it took another 20 minutes!
