He helped me pick the perfect dish for me. From the bread to the salad to baked penne dish I was highly satisfied! I was under the impression that Bella Roma was very expensive but it is not! “We love the food at Tortaco! The tortas are fantastic. The carnitas are also a favorite. The meat is seasoned in all of their dishes and not bland like some places. We love their salsa and they are happy to bring you more.
The service is excellent and the staff is friendly.
