The Kemp-Durham House, built in the 1890s, is a recognized downtown historic site currently housing Ipp's Pastaria & Bar.

The bartender was extremely helpful fulfilling special requests of our favorite chicken or salmon franchese, which is not on their menu but is on the Ippolitos menu. The chef made it just as delicious - note the pasta portion is about 1/2 of Ippolitos - we ordered an additional side to add to each dish.

The spaghetti and meat sauce with meatballs is very good and you get the two rolls and marinara per entree.“

I got a refund and reordered because I live near VB and have seen it a few times and wanted to try it. The order arrived and I was not disappointed in the least bit! I got the house burger and loaded it with l,t,o,p and jalapeños with Xtra cheese with seasoned fries. I added a chocolate Concrete with Hershes syrup and Oreos.... Omg. Everything was delicious, the burger was messy but a great burger needs to be a bit messy. I can't respect it if it isn't. The fries were perfectly seasoned and tasty as hell. The Concrete was sooo amazing. Definitely hit the spot on the sweetness factor. So glad I got to try it but a bit irritated with Door Dash for making me reorder and waiting even longer cause I was HUNGRY!!! Thanks VB for a very fulfilling late lunch. The conversation is always easy, never forced, and it's one of the main reasons my friends and I choose Salt when we're deciding where to go downtown. We usually check to see if she's working before making plans. That says a lot. Downtown Woodstock has plenty of good spots, but Leigha is a big reason Salt continues to stand out for us.“

“Ordered takeout and the food I got was very good. I asked for extra spicy and they actually made it spicy unlike other places that don't even after asking. I'm picky with chinese food and this place has amazing value price and food quality wise. The soups are amazing. Both the hot and sour and wonton soup are absolutely delicious. Lunch special has a very good portion size. Def coming back. Got the Kung pao/sweet and sour chicken. Both were very good. The lady at the counter is very nice as well. I liked ordering and getting my food fairly quickly.“

Paloma has a great atmosphere with delicious food and wonderful service. We’ve been dozens of times, and it’s consistently a great experience.

Do yourself a favor, visit Paloma, try the esquites and a margarita, and try the hamburger (trust me).“

“2nd visit - Sunday 10/19/2025. 1 pm.
Restaurant was packed but I had have the Memphian again! Staff working hard to get customers served. Considering how busy they were, I received my dine in order fairly quickly. Once again, I loved the sandwhich.

1st time visit on Saturday September 26, 2025 at about 12:15 pm. Ordered to-go. $24.00 dollar order.

I would like to preface by saying the food was excellent - Memphian and Turkey BLT.

Was surprised to see no one dining in and that I was never greeted. The counter employees didn't really seem happy to be working or that they had a customer in their presence. Rule #1 - acknowledge the presence of a customer and make them feel welcome.
