“Update. Picked up 3 lunch orders today. Chicken breast sandwich was perfectly cooked and huge. Not a Sloppy Joe Sandwich was delicious and a pork and pulled chicken plate was very good. The deserts won today. The Chocolate Cake was amazing and delicious. Then there was the Cherry Cobbler. WOW! That had to be the best cobbler I have ever eaten. Bits of sugary dough almost like candy and delicious dark cherries. I would order it again any time. Both deserts were larger than expected. The servings accurately reflected the pictures. We don't usually order desert but today's was outstanding!

Today I ordered the Burnt Ends Pork Belly. It was delicious. Well cooked on the outside and tender on the inside. The glaze was a nice addition. Green beans and corn pudding were outstanding. One other diner enjoyed the pulled pork and turkey combo with the above sides.

Ordered online today. Ready for pickup on time. The pork was delicious with the right amount of smoke. It was tender and juicy with some great blackened skin. Corn pudding is very good along with the potato salad and hush puppies. I will be back.“

“Did the Brunch buffet today. Everything I sampled was good to excellent. Definitely no complaints. All the staff were helpful, courteous, and smiling. JD even played a pinball game with my 2 grandsons. My only complaint, if you want to call it that,was being charged for ice tea. Trust me, that won't stop us from going again. EXCELLENT!!“

“Man if you don't get the parmasan crusted toppings on your meats and atleast one side of the 3 cheese stuffed mushrooms what did you come to the place for anyways! I always get the renegade sirloin or the NY strip. Go on and get them grilled shrimp with ya steak and you can't go wrong. Nice place to take the family and I celebrate my birthday at one of thier establishments each and every year for the last 10+ years and don't plan on making any changes any time soon. One day I'll find one that will sell me one of the steers off the wall. Came close a few times . But soon I will get one!!“

“Last week stopped by Big Shanty Smokehouse in Kennesaw, Georgia. I’ve been going here for years and always has been one of my favorite places in Georgia. Paul Holden of Willingham's World Champion BBQ recently took over as the new owner in August and excited to see what he continues to bring. He’s top notch pitmaster in the competition world but also has been in the restaurant business as well. I got the brisket which was amazing and also some of their signature Turkey ribs (Friday Special) and of course some Brunswick stew and Mac & Cheese. Everything was very good and will be back soon. Currently they are open Wed-Thursday 11am-2pm & Friday-Saturday 11am-7pm. (So stop by and see them.) “I had Uncle C's for the first time this past weekend. The owners, a mother and son, were extremely nice and helpful. They operate out of their food truck amd the food they are putting out is amazing! We had the dark and white jerk bbq, bbq ribs, pulled pork, mac & cheese, and rice & beans. Everything was well-seasoned and tasty. The chicken and ribs were cooked to perfection and the sauce was on point. We will definitely be visiting again...soon!“

“I like this location a lot mainly because I've always had excellent service. I know a few hosts and servers by name and a couple of the managers and they've all been extremely pleasant and provide a level of service you might find in a much nicer restaurant. From the time you walk in and are greeted by Gray, Solomon, Sadie or one of the other hosts who are well organized and quite efficient when juggling people leaving, tables getting cleaned, and promptly seating you. Once at the table you're greeted very quickly by Emma, Mona, or Maggie to name a few of the wonderful servers and they offer you drinks and appetizers followed by impeccable service throughout the meal. You might have Maurice or Anthony check on you to make sure you're having a first class experience and that everything is exceptional. The food is very good and at a reasonable price point. I've had the filet, Outlaw Ribeye, renegade serloin, ribs, salmon, and the salad that's got strawberries and pecans on it and I've never been disappointed. They come prepared as expected at the temperature requested and accompanied by sides of choice and I've had almost all of them. Finishing up and getting a to-go box so I save room for the chocolate stampede. It's decadent and just half a piece will leave you feeling like you might need a driver to take you home. It's so rich and I simply cannot eat the entire thing in one setting. I highly recommend the place and any food item and if any of the aforementioned employees are there you'll be in very capable hands. I'm sure most, if not all, are very good but those are ones I've personally had the pleasure of dealing with.“

“Went there for the very first time today, Father’s Day, to celebrate my son-in-laws birthday.. it was such a fun experience, the food was excellent and our waiter was fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We all did the hot pot experience, but I will be back soon to do the Korean barbecue grill experience.
