“I love a place with history and charming character which is what you get with the Woodstock Ipp’s location.
The Kemp-Durham House, built in the 1890s, is a recognized downtown historic site currently housing Ipp's Pastaria & Bar.
The bartender was extremely helpful fulfilling special requests of our favorite chicken or salmon franchese, which is not on their menu but is on the Ippolitos menu. The chef made it just as delicious - note the pasta portion is about 1/2 of Ippolitos - we ordered an additional side to add to each dish.
The spaghetti and meat sauce with meatballs is very good and you get the two rolls and marinara per entree.“

“The staff provided excellent customer service to my party of 12 on New Year's Eve. The event was wonderful with great tunes by the DJ and we danced the night away! I'll definitely be a regular customer & am looking forward to attending many more events!“

“I still haven't given up hope because the pizza is always so good. The service has been a miss the last few times. Today at lunch I felt we kept getting skipped and had to ask for updates... just on drinks. Then my daughter was the one who's drink was not delivered and it took like 10 minutes to get hers. We will probably do take out but it might be a while before I will want to eat there.“

“Salt Factory in downtown Woodstock has been one of those places I've kept coming back to over the years. It's a solid restaurant and bar, and I've known quite a few bartenders and servers there during the last five or so years. What really keeps it on my list, though, is Leigha behind the bar. Leigha makes a great Old Fashioned, but it's more than just the drinks. Leigha has a way of making the bar feel comfortable and familiar, like catching up with a neighbor rather than just ordering another round. The conversation is always easy, never forced, and it's one of the main reasons my friends and I choose Salt when we're deciding where to go downtown. We usually check to see if she's working before making plans. That says a lot. Downtown Woodstock has plenty of good spots, but Leigha is a big reason Salt continues to stand out for us.“

“New pan pizza delivered today was excellent. The address on my app was incorrect, I called and Papa John's manager made it right. Best service and food. I never have issues, this was a fluke. I should have checked the app, as I usually order from my laptop.“

“Had a large regular sandwich, chips & drink and it cost me $21.09 dollars plus tax. I looked at the ticket and found that my drink (a fountain Coke) cost $4.10. Will ask for a price next time. If there is a next time?“

“I ordered delivery from Marco’s Pizza two days ago and had a great experience! The pizza arrived hot and fresh, with plenty of toppings and great flavor. The crust was perfect, and everything tasted just right. Customer service was excellent—friendly and professional from start to finish. I’ll definitely be ordering again soon!“

“I had a bit of a frustrating experience with a recent Papa John’s order when I was told I couldn’t add extra sauce to my breadsticks by the Call Center. Thankfully, Lee stepped in and handled everything perfectly. Not only did Lee get it sorted quickly, but they were super professional and made sure I was taken care of. Really appreciated the great customer service—thanks, Lee!“
