Not sure what has happened with this location but the food and service has really gone downhill. Very greasy wings and several pieces were so full of gross cartilage you couldn’t eat it. Also the customer service has really changed from what it used to be. I hope improvements are made soon. I usually love Wingstop but was a big let down. And we tried discussing with the GM but she absolutely did not care.
The wings were barely done. The skin was not crispy and brown like they should be. The lemon pepper flavor was weak. That will be the last $57 we ever spend there. They charged extra just for ranch. Ranch didn't automatically come with wings! 🤯
