La Familia Mexican Restaurant offers delicious Mexican food, including chorizo dip, Chiri polo, and "carnitas". The atmosphere is wonderful, with friendly staff, but karaoke on Tuesday nights might not be for everyone. The restaurant is currently undergoing renovations, but don't let that deter you from trying their non-greasy, authentic dishes. With warm chips, hot and fresh food, and a full bar, it's a great spot for Tex Mex cuisine. The portions are generous, prices are reasonable, and the staff is very friendly. Plus, parking is conveniently located to the left of the restaurant.
