Chicago's Steak and Seafood offers great food despite changes in ownership. Prices have gone up, but the quality remains excellent. The calamari appetizer and crab cake entrée are recommended. The French onion soup and surf n turf are also delicious. The bacon-wrapped shrimp appetizer is a hit. Service may be slow at times, but overall, it's a nice place with attentive servers.
