The Gaslight is a great place with amazing food, including salmon, steak, lamb, pork chops, and the best lobster bites in Roswell. Hamburgers are cooked to perfection, and the chocolate cake is qualified to hold it all down. The food and drinks are good, but options are limited and very expensive. The service is excellent, with staff and owners who are attentive and make the best drinks. The atmosphere and ambiance are amazing, with live music, karaoke, and cute daily specials. The place is small, so tables are packed in, and there are only about 5 parking spaces. It is a hidden gem that exceeds expectations for celebrations, with staff welcoming guests and transitioning into a pub-style night after 10:30. The Gaslight is highly recommended for a memorable, stress-free event.
