“I’m new to the area and decided to give this place a try JP Sushi and I’m so glad I did! The food was absolutely excellent, fresh, and full of flavor. You can tell they really care about quality, and every dish we tried was made with attention to detail.

Being new here, it’s nice to find a spot that feels welcoming, and the staff were friendly and helpful in making recommendations. I’m looking forward to coming back regularly and trying more of the menu!“

“This a Roswell gem! We throughly enjoyed our meal - a few rolls and chicken fried rice for us today, but there’s so much on the menu (even some Korean dishes!) that I’ll definitely be back to try. The chefs even came out to check on us - you can tell they put a lot of care into everything they prepare and want you to enjoy your meal. Prices are also very reasonable. A few comments mention the funny location (it’s by a Chevron) but don’t let that deter you! It is cozy, clean, and comfortable inside. I recommend everyone support this wonderful local business ❤️“

“Sake is a family-owned Japanese hibachi and sushi restaurant. The owners are service-oriented and go above and beyond to make your experience a good one. The service is also outstanding and the food is fresh and great tasting. We were there for New Years Eve dinner and the place was jam packed telling all that this is THE place for great food!“

Nicely priced lunch specials menu with several familiar choices - I had house fried rice with egg drop soup with pork egg roll. Wifey had General Tso’s chicken with fried rice, wonton soup and pork egg roll. Soups came out quickly. Mains followed in reasonable timing. Coca-cola fountain drinks available with free refills. Dishes were well prepared and moderately seasoned. I’m sure if you wanted more or less spice-wise they would accommodate. Will be back and explore the menu further. So refreshing to find kind, clean, well prepared and reasonably priced all at once in the same place!!“

“First time ever having filet mignon hibachi and it was wonderful! The sushi was very tasty as well! I am not a dry wine drinker so it’s rare that a place has wine I can drink. I was so delighted that I could actually have a glass of moscato wine here with my dinner! I have no complaints. Everything was so good and the staff is so nice and attentive.
