Just walked out. I will never go back. A bottle of piss greeted me in the parking lot beside my car. The manager is a lunatic. I arrived at 7:30 to a completely empty restaurant. I asked why do I need to wait for 15-20 mins when the entire restaurant is empty? So I asked to speak with the manager politely. Last weekend, I placed an order to curbside pick-up and when I got home the order was wrong. I frequently order from this Outback and was disappointed that I had to go back out to pick up the correct order. The manager, Sarah Beasley, went the extra mile to make sure the order was correct. She was very apologetic about my experience and recognized that I am a long time customer of this particular restaurant.
