Outback Steakhouse provides excellent service despite being short-staffed. The servers are attentive, friendly, and go the extra mile, even offering diced strawberries to young guests. The food is delicious, with great lunch options available. While some dishes, like the mashed potatoes, may not meet expectations, the overall experience is enjoyable. The chicken portions may be smaller than in the past, but the phenomenal food and wonderful service make up for it.
