Y'all need to give that white boy raise !!!!!! I went in there yesterday to get some food and he said he was the only one working because everyone else called out. I get a beach club salad and a lean machine and it feels like every other time i go in there one of the others messes my salad up/ something is missing from it but it's usually just something small and can be fixed. this time, even with him working by himself, the dude made my whole order with no issues about it!!
We waited ten minutes in line while the workers were making orders. They saw us standing there but didn't come over to great us or communicate what the backup was. I have never had such a bad experience at tropical smoothie.

Definition of a bad "restaurant". We walked in and there were maybe 3 people there and we waited over a minute to even get recognized by a staff member. "What do you want?" Is the only thing he says, not a hello or anything. After ordering a single sunrise sunset smoothie we wait more than 20 minutes when there are only 3 other customers. The quality of the smoothie was not very great and for 7 dollars I expected to at least taste some of the ingredients like the orange juice...read full review
