Silla del Toro is a restaurant that serves delicious food. The tapas, charcuterie, calamari, Spanish olives, Marcona Almonds, mussels, Escalivada, arepas, steak, and octopus are all great. The food is exquisitely plated and the service is top notch and amazing. The restaurant has a warm and welcome environment and atmosphere. The manager is knowledgeable about all the dishes and the service is very attentive. The restaurant offers a special prix fix menu for the Roswell Restaurant week, which includes charcuterie, salad, choice of tapas, dessert, and non-alcoholic beverages. The Butter Toffee Cake is a great ending to the meal. The restaurant also has a great selection of spanish wines and a Cab Malbec blend that pairs well with the steak. Overall, Silla del Toro is one of the best restaurants in Roswell and is definitely worth checking out.
