Had an amazing private event here for my 50th birthday - excellent service, great good and drinks and the vibe was perfect for my loved ones. Highly recommend and excited to be a regular guest going forward!

The food is exquisitely plated and the service is top notch and amazing. The restaurant has a warm and welcome environment and atmosphere. The manager is knowledgeable about all the dishes and the service is very attentive. The restaurant offers a special prix fix menu for the Roswell Restaurant week, which includes charcuterie, salad, choice of tapas, dessert, and non-alcoholic beverages. The Butter Toffee Cake is a great ending to the meal. The restaurant also has a great selection of spanish wines and a Cab Malbec blend that pairs well with the steak. Overall, Silla del Toro is one of the best restaurants in Roswell and is definitely worth checking out.
