“Jason and I just had probably one of the best restaurant experiences and food I’ve ever had! We started with goats cheese appetizer, followed by a delicious Caesars salad. I ordered a center cut filet with scallops as my main course. Jason had the New York strip. We shared broccoli and fingerling potatoes as sides. The most amazing part was the bone marrow butter and foie gras butter complementing the steaks. To top it all off we brought home candied pecan bread pudding with Jim Beam sauce. The service was amazing and the atmosphere was so quaint. I truly had an amazing experience!“

“We’ve stopped going to ‘steakhouses’ as prices have gone crazy in the last few years, and typically they don’t deliver anything better than I cook at home using a decent steak from one of the better grocery stores.\n\nStoney River provided us with a very enjoyable dining experience. The steak quality was very good, my ribeye perfect, and just one star deducted as my wife’s medium filet was delivered rare, but after being fired for a couple of minutes more, it was also perfect.\n\nService was a delight from our server, and when my wife’s steak was fired more, management made sure to supply fresh sides, without bring asked.\n\nWhilst I still think it’s crazy to pay nearly $200 (inc.gratuity) for 2 glasses of wine, 2 steaks, 1 salad, 1 potato side & 1 vegetable side, I have to say Stoney River delivered something that was much better than other $200 steak dinners we’ve had previously.\n\nWe will definitely be back when we want someone else to cook our steaks 😁“

Earlier this week, we had an issue with our order that wasn’t fully resolved, we were informed our e-gift card would come sooner, so we planned around that . When we didn’t receive it we followed up for our meal credit and the original manager wasn’t in, so Maurice handled it and was patient, professional. He resolve an issue that wasn’t originally his problem a true display of leadership. Thank you, Maurice! We will definitely be returning to this location.“

My only food complaint was my steak was overcooked. The other food was excellent and the Crème brûlée was huge and delicious.

Drink choices were great, i had the spicy pineapple margarita and it was awesome.

The servers were very attentive and friendly and it was an excellent visit overal.

“First time my family and I visited Nowak in Sandy Springs, GA and it was on Thanksgiving. Upon walking through the door we were greeted and welcomed by the staff. We were immediately escorted to our table. The ambiance was beautiful and cozy. The servers were very friendly and professional, checking up on us throughout our dinner. We ordered the Nowak's shrimp for our appetizer, it was well seasoned very tasty. For dinner we ordered the chopped steak, blackened filet, and the branzino. Also ordered the fried brussel sprouts, roasted mushrooms, and the sweet potato souffle. Every single bite of food was Delicious 😋 We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Nowak's. We will be back.“

She came by my table multiple times and I noticed her doing the same throughout the restaurant—checking on guests, running food, greeting people, recommending menu items, and making sure everyone’s expectations were exceeded. The steak was absolutely amazing—cooked perfectly—and the entire restaurant, including the restrooms, was spotless. The staff really know the menu inside and out. They offered thoughtful suggestions for wine, appetizers, drinks, and dessert pairings, which made the whole dining experience feel elevated. I’ll definitely be back! I even joked with Alexis that I could eat two steaks if I wasn’t on diet medication (and sadly had to pass on dessert). She’ll probably remember me for that! I know how hard restaurant work is, and I’ve always appreciated the care the staff put in. But our most recent experience left us disappointed. The service was unexpectedly inattentive. We ordered a nice bottle of wine, but our server never returned to refill our glasses. A French fry order was forgotten, and when we asked about it, things seemed to unravel. The server was visibly exasperated. A supervisor eventually stepped in, handled things professionally, and assigned a new server—but by then the mood had shifted. This wasn’t just any lunch—it was a farewell meal with a dear friend leaving town, and I’d hoped for a flawless experience. At over $230, I expected more attentive service. I don’t share this lightly. Connors has been a place we’ve enjoyed many times. But this visit left me disappointed, and I won’t be returning anytime soon. There are many excellent Sarasota restaurants where $250 buys not just a good meal, but service that feels genuinely welcoming.“

“We receive a gift card every year for the past three. We live 170 miles away and look forward to visiting but have only visited once and it was amazing. Food and service both was outstanding and now with two years of gift cards we have got to get in there and probably bring the family.“

“I can’t fathom how so many people slammed this restaurant in their reviews. We had a great experience. A staff member held the door for us when we arrived. The waitress came to our table within seconds and introduced herself. By the way the restaurant was crowded. Our drinks came immediately along with wonderful bread. We ordered salads and a main course to share. The wedge salad was one of the best I have had anywhere. The 16 oz ribeye to share was cooked perfectly and delivered hot and halved on separate plates. Not the best meat we have had, but very adequate and very reasonably priced. The manager visited our table and asked if everything was to our liking and when we departed he opened the door for us and invited us back. If I had to pick one thing I did not particularly like it was the $8 charge for sharing our main course. Kinda steep.“

Room service was quick and the food came out hot, and the bed was super comfortable. The barista downstairs also did a great job on my caramel iced coffee. There were a couple of small things that could be improved: the TV had a few noticeable spots on the screen, and the shower door is only a half-door, which means you have to actually step into the tub to turn the water on. I would definitely come back. The vibe, comfort, and service all made the stay worth it.“

“Had a Salmon salad for lunch. Salmon was perfectly cooked as always. Friend had the burger cooked medium. Perfect. Went at 11:30 a.m. and beat the crowd. Our server was very accommodating. I wanted all the different dressings in little cups to dunk little forkful's of salad in and Elle, our server, said no problem. So all in all, everything was a 10.“

They have a good choice of meat and some sea food dishes.
But they don't brew real coffee. Only a drip coffee. I guess at least espresso/cappuccino machine should be available. If you can't learn to brew turkish coffee...
Turkish coffee would go really well with all those deserts they serve.“

“Firebirds is in Peachtree Corners Town Center is a lovely restaurant. The decor is so well done and the separation between the bar and dining areas is perfect. Peggy was our server and she shared her experience as a tech executive who joined the server team and did a great job and has a cute sense of humor and went along with our Magellan nickname. The GM Roland was friendly and great as he did his rounds of his guests.“
