While visiting St. Simon island I wanted breakfast and yelp recommended Chubs restaurant. First it has tons of parking space . After entering I was greeted by a couple of friendly ladies behind the counter. One the most polite people I have ever met . I had the biscuits and gravy ( well seasoned) gravy and eggs with andouille sausage. It was wonderful and a lot of flavor. Chubs is under new ownership, and so far this low-key diner in the former Huddle House location looks like a winner...great addition to the neighborhood and I hope they stick around.
