Everyone from the management to the staff are hard-working, friendly and do a fantastic job. If you give it a try it will be your favorite restaurant. “Great food. Get there early. This place gets packed. The red snapper with jalapeno cream sauce was very tasty. It was perfectly cooked. Crispy on the outside and tender in the middle. The crab cakes were really good. Blackened shrimp was the best I had all week. The special was a salmon in a lemon cream sauce. My kid really liked it and it was a really nice portion. The salad and bread was really good. The cinnamon butter that comes with it was awesome. We always visit Crabdaddy's when vacationing in SSI. You can make reservations in advance, too.“

The views are simply spectacular, and to be honest the food,music, and drinks were totally amazing! I was expecting very little with the food and the service, but it was phenomenal. “What a wonderful treat dining in The Lodge at Sea Island Oak Room was for my wife and I. We stopped in on a slow post-Thanksgiving weekday evening and were treated to a wonderful delicious dinner. Our server Cericka was excellent. We were seated quickly by the hostess and ordered two Prosecco's. We enjoyed a delicious mini biscuits with bacon butter appetizer. My wife ordered a wonderful 6oz filet with Boursin whipped potatoes, roasted autumn veggies, and scallion steak sauce. I ordered the blackened Redfish with crab fried rice, green gumbo, and pickled Okra. Both entrees were served hot and were delicious. Bon Appetit“

“I’m a very opinionated person and I’m tough to be completely impressed with a restaurant, but this place was awesome. I was at first concerned as my family was would we like the food. Well just to let everyone know if you like trying new stuff or like to experience different food this is the place to go. I’ve never gave a restaurant a 5 thumbs up 👍🏼, but I was so impressed and my 12 year old granddaughter was also as much as my cousin and her 17 year old daughter. The vibe was awesome the waitress and manager made us feel so welcome even the hostess was really friendly. We sat outside and it was so relaxing and cozy. I can’t even brag enough on the food, workers, and the atmosphere there. We are already planning birthday trips and having family join us for the experience. “The Glynn Academy Girl's Golf Team won the 6A State Championship on Tuesday, May 17, at the Jekyll Island Golf Club. They chose to celebrate together at Marshside afterwards. Once the waitress/owner found out they were State Champs, they put all of their meals on the house. What a super generous thing for them to do to show their support for their local High School! “I was in Brunswick for a funeral, the repass was held at this restaurant. My wife and I truly enjoyed the meal. The place is very clean and the waitress was very friendly and attentive to our needs. There is a large variety of food choices: meats, vegetables, starches and desserts. The next time we our traveling from Florida going north we plan to definitely stop by Ole Time Country Buffet.“

“My family and I were passing through. Decided to stop because we were getting hungry. And found this place. We walked in, and the cashier looked at us, then spoke. When I went to ask questions, she was making faces at me like I was speaking French. I had to let her know, we're not from around there and what does she suggested. It was awkward to me. I wished I felt welcomed, but maybe it was the area. You can have signs that have warming words, but actions speak louder. The atmosphere was ok.
The food was good. My kids thought they were going to take a while and walked to Gamestop.
Food came, and I immediately ate my okra, lol. My pulled pork barbecue was ok, I'm not going to lie. North Carolina still has the best barbecue.
They had this hot sauce that was delicious, so delicious I asked if they sold the hot sauce as well as the barbecue sauce.
Overall, in my opinion, it was good. I liked the presentation of my son's plate with the loaded fries.“

“If you want something around ten bucks that is still great value the grilled chicken pecan salad and the chicken fingers there is always a pile of them.if you want something fancier they have you covered too. The ribeye steak is great, and big, but not as good as long horn, but long horns is also alot more expensive. Try the new Orleans posta. That is awesome. It has a small amount of heat to it but not much. Its the extreme flavor that is good.
