Ate at El Capitan tonight for the first time and we will be back! We needed a table that would accommodate our stroller and the manager immediately moved a table over for us...not all restaurants are accommodating of strollers, but they didn't miss a beat! Sarah was our server and she was fabulous...explained the menu to us, extremely attentive and had a great personality. The food was WONDERFUL!! This is a fairly new Mexican restaurant with mostly seafood appetizers and entrees. The small shrimp bisque and bread, served as a free appetizer instead of the usual chips and salsa, was a pleasant surprise and quite tasty. We had two entrees: the Ceviche was excellent with a very attractive presentation, the Chicken Quesadilla plate was just OK. The service was excellent and friendly. The music was a bit too loud. We'll go again.

Interesting and unique menu. Had the Lagastinos and they were very tasty. It was a bit dead on a Wednesday night at 6 - 7 pm but looks like it could be fun once things got rocking. Shrimp soup was also great.
