Visited the Minnow Trap twice on my visit to Sapelo Island. Had the fried shrimp and the red snapper. Both were excellent! Was one of the thickest filets on a red snapper that I’d had and needed just a little more cook time. When it made it back, it was absolutely delicious. Looking forward to my next visit to Sapelo Island and the Minnow Trap.
