“Holy wow! Driving up into the Sylvan Valley Lodge at dusk and seeing it for the first time with all its lights lit was a breathtakingly beautiful sight! It is such a gorgeous property!Then we walked in and were greeted by an open and friendly staff and proceeded upstairs to find our HUGE and perfect room! The only thing that was better than our room was the gigantic common area that boasts floor to ceiling windows overlooking a mountain view.The property is second to none. And we had already decided to return based on how wonderful the amenities were… but then we entered the gift shop! It is filled with unique finds and hosted by the property manager, Brandi. She is such a warm and kind person who is genuinely interested in her guests and in ensuring that your stay has been perfect. I am incredibly impressed by her management of both the property and by her customer service!I cannot recommend Sylvan Valley highly enough!!!
