I wish I checked the review before I got the pretzel. I had fond memory of Auntie Anne's but no longer after today. Paid $11 for the pretzel nuggets and they were not even fresh! What a waste!
One star is generous. Auntie Anne’s pretzels was out of pretzels. They only had bites. Their system would not accept a valid meal voucher or honor their pretzel guarantee. Might as well shut this shop down. Is there a corporate office that sees these reviews and ratings?!
Ordered 7/4/2026 at 10:00 and the employee took my cash, did not offer my change nor did I see her ring it up. Not remotely personable. She just put the cash on the stand. She was rude and probably pocketing the money. Good pretzels, bad serive and employees
