I had the pleasure of dining in the Broughton St (I think that’s the street) and I was BLOWN away by the hospitality. Aubri greeted me with a smile and got me to a seat with no waiting. Then I got to experience someone who must be the queen of customer service Carmen! She sure knows how to make a guy from out of town feel welcome.
We were in 8/31 and sat outside. The manager was bartender she was great! Very friendly!
Great burgers, cooked perfectly.

Based on reviews, B&D Burgers - West Congress St. offers a great atmosphere with TVs, music, and a perfect spot to watch a game. The food is very good, including burgers cooked to perfection, a chicken Caesar wrap, a chicken sandwich, and the Savannah Dip. The onion and Cole slaw were the best. Staff works like a well oiled machine. The service is fantastic, with a friendly smile, warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable staff who give excellent recommendations and frequently check on guests. The bartender is on point, and glasses never stay empty. Prices are reasonable for the area. Guests will visit again and again.
