My recent visit to Krystal's Burger Restaurant was outstanding, thanks in large part to Ms. Jay (Shift Lead) and her exceptional customer service.
From the moment I walked through the door, Ms. Jay greeted me with a warm smile, a positive attitude, and genuine professionalism.

Stayed there 34mins and my order was never taken with one(1 person) in front of me..need to be closed down
Only had sodas thru the drive thru.
