“I recently visited the JW Marriott Savannah and wanted to write a review about the concierge. Two individuals in particular Latasha Dillard and Riyen Patel were very helpful with my entire stay. They went out of their way to make sure that my family and I were taken care of and happy. The hotel is beautiful and I was very impressed. Thank you so much!“

“One of the most fascinating places I’ve ever visited. The restaurant is inside the JW Marriott. Great drinks great food. The museum inside the restaurant and hotel is a marvel in itself. You should definitely stop in if you’re close by. It’s one of those things you have to experience at least once!“

“The Lost Square and Alpine Village at the Alida Hotel provided a delightful experience. The food was delicious, drinks were great and service was excellent. The rooftop yurt, designed like a ski lodge, offers an intimate setting. The rooftop bar right outside the yurts is first come first serve and boasts beautiful scenery, heaters for colder days, and live music, making it a well-rounded and enjoyable venue. A friendly reminder to adhere to reservation times for the Alpine Village Experience as there’s a 90 minute reservation time and if you do not leave at the requested time, someone is waiting right outside the yurts and it throws everyone’s reservation off and it’s not only inconvenient for the guests but also the wait staff because they need to reset the yurt before you can be seated, which includes cleaning, sanitizing, new candles, blankets, etc. Recommend the Port City Spritz, which may be my new favorite drink, the ceviche, cheddar drop biscuits and the fried chicken. Make sure and add the S’mores bar as a final treat! The food was seriously my favorite part. Overall a great experience and I look forward to seeing what the Lost Square has next year for the holidays.“

“Loved the music and overall atmosphere, I'm a sucker for retro-jazzy places. But on top of all that our food was delicious. I had the filet mignon and my boyfriend had lobster risotto- no complaints from us! I don't know what seasoning they did for my veggies but I couldn't get enough. I don't drink alcohol, so I tried my first mocktail and loved the result <3 We will definitely come back next time we're in Savannah!“

“Don't waste your time on this bar......they're out of everything. Asked a couple of the bartenders why they're out of everything and they said the same thing......the manager Andrew would rather sit and gamble on the machines than order what the bar needs. Hopefully the owner gets rid of this narcissistic clown before he destroys the place. Go to Jerry's or the Dew Drop.......they actually have management that care about their business.“

“Casey is an amazing bartender. She took great care of me and my friend the entire night. She’s so friendly and attentive that you’d honestly think she was part of our friend group. Her energy made the whole experience even better — kind, genuine, and just fun to be around. Definitely one of the best bartenders I’ve met!“

“Great bar with even better bartenders !“

“It is a nice small club. It is a great place to chill before the flight. I have been there several times and it is never too busy. There is always plenty of coffee and snacks. It is close to gates 11 and 12 and luckily I always depart from those gates.

I fly in the mornings and it is always nice to get squared away with all the amenities they offer, bathroom items such as mouthwash are always appreciated.

The staff is always courteous.“
