We have not visited Moon River for quite a while. We're local and Savannah has a lot of restaurants. The outdoor seating in the beer garden was great. Of course the beer list is very good and visiting on Wednesday, wine is half price for bottles. Moon River accommodated our party of 14 without a reservation, which we greatly appreciated. Our server, Erin, was an absolute pro, handling such a big surprise party with no mistakes and great timing, and just a generally great attitude, helping me find something else to order when what I picked was going to be too spicy.Food was average, but the beer is excellent. Try the Boo-Hag, a Black IPA, for a fun experience.

I didn't get a chance to have any food but the beer is fantastic. Check out the Wacky Wit on a hot day. The staff is super friendly and I would come back frequently if I were local.
