This place is amazing! I love getting my post work out smoothies, high protein coffee, and protein smoothie! Everything taste so delicious and the staff is so nice!
5 STARS….I cannot recommend this place ENOUGH 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟I have been going to Refresh since they opened and I think I love it more every single time I go. The mega teas are amazing, love their protein shakes, the açaí bowls are fabulous, and love love love the premade grab&go fridge. I just realized the other day that one of my new favorites is the cotton candy fat burner shot 🤤
I was a loyal customer coming there almost everyday. I use their online ordering. Yesterday morning is wasn’t working so when I showed up no drink. I didn’t have to time to wait, so I asked for a refund. They took my name & number saying Julie had to give the refund. I called multiple times throughout the day saying about the refund. I was never contacted, none of my calls were returned, or given a refund, nor did I ever receive my order. That is the last time I’ll go there.

Savannah needs more places like Refresh, for the energy, the heart, and the love they put into every cup. Overall, Refresh Nutrition is a hidden gem with great music, vibes, and a selection of teas to try.
