It is run down. Nothing like Sonics in the past. Still good for a burger

Sonic Drive-In is a popular fast-food chain that offers a variety of meals and drinks. While some customers have had positive experiences, others have reported issues with long wait times and incorrect orders. One reviewer mentioned waiting over 30 minutes for their online order, only to find that the staff member who took their order walked off without helping them. Another reviewer noted a positive experience with a new manager, Tay, who was seen as friendly and efficient. However, a different reviewer expressed disappointment when they received an incorrect order, specifically an Oreo Cheesecake master shake instead of their requested Oreo Chocolate master shake.
Concerns have also been raised about hygiene practices, as some customers observed that employees working in the kitchen were not wearing gloves, which they considered unsanitary. Despite these issues, customers have found the chili-cheese coney dog to be a favorite item, along with the Sonic Blast. Unfortunately, one customer shared a frustrating experience with slow service and incorrect orders, stating that their credit for a mistake was not honored. Despite some challenges, Sonic Drive-In generally has ample parking and a wide range of menu options.
