“I returned to have my drink remade. Isabella suggested the Chai espresso. She took the time to explain that the extra shot will change the flavor but to try it. Lo and behold she was on point and added that sweetener to balance out the extra shot. I greatly appreciate the great service provided by Miss Isabella. Thank you so very much and keep up the good work. Continue to be the best of Savannah!“

“Great service! I believe the barista's name was Juliet. She was the only person working there today and she was zipping around so fast! I was even a few cents short for my order and she found a little change to help me out! She was super kind even though it was crazy busy. I would honestly go back to this location just for her ? ?“

“This is my favorite Starbucks location by a long shot. I come in every week at the minimum once, come inside and order 6-9 drinks at the counter during their busy morning hour (buying drinks for my staff) and the baristas are always SO FREAKING NICE. I feel like such a pain but they never ever make me feel that way. I’ve never been met with anything besides patience and kindness from every staff member here. The drinks are always good too :)“

“Asho and Chandler are amazing & the staff working today around 04/15/2024 @ 10:24. Todays staff is what this location needs, other days we’ve been there and this staff is not working orders are wrong, attitudes are terrible & you pretty much can’t ask for them to fix your order or anything like that without them making faces or rolling eyes(Takeevia) . We will continue to go to this location with the hopes of seeing Chandler & the other staff member that was working today.“

Wheelchair accessibility: There was a person who arrived in a wheelchair and the girl was very kind to assist the person, after we took the order..“

“We stayed at Jw Marriott, so we had breakfast and our refresher drink every day. The girls (baistas) were amazing, especially the one with the bullring. She answered 100 questions that set had. Few days we had breakfast and lunch here because of how nice they were.“

“This was one of the cleanest and open Starbucks. When you walk in the door, you can feel the positive energy. We were in town for the weekend and we ended up at this Starbucks two days in a row. We had the pleasure of meeting Candice. We were fortunate to have such a wonderful person to interact with. It was clear that they were running shorthanded, but you never would have known that by her demeanor. Candice reminded me of a duck. She was all calm and pleasant and all the while, her hands and legs were going to town. All of the Starbucks I’ve been to have had a consistently good products. The coffee is great at all of them. It’s the people at the stores that make it the only thing that changes. Candice gave us memorable service. It was quite obvious that she was the main source of the positive vibe. Thanks Candice. ❤️“

“The young ladies behind the counter were very kind, efficient and knowledgeable about the products. I got some kind of barista blend that had brown sugar, blonde shots, and a little caramel drizzle. It was delicious! Of course I probably used up all my calories for the day on this one medium-sized drink, but it was worth it!(I gave the atmosphere 3 ⭐s bc this Starbucks is inside Kroger, which is very busy and noisy)“

“Like that even when your not sure what the last barrista included just explained based on the look of the previous experience and they were able to not just duplicate it but made it better.

Kid-friendliness: Accommodation made for the smaller hands and tummies, like that they made the child feel welcome as well.“

“I stopped in at Starbucks on September 10, 2025 at 2:31 PM. The young lady who helped me seemed like she might be new, but she absolutely crushed it. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out just right. I really wish I had asked her name, because she deserves recognition for the way she carried herself and represented the store.“

“Beautiful location in historic River Street Savannah. The building was great and the decor was nice. Really fits the area. Located right on River street, so there is a bunch to do around the area. Amazing views from outside of the river. The staff and service was great. Find parking elsewhere and have to walk, but worth the walk.“

“Laurel was super nice! We accidentally ordered mobile pickup from the pre-terminal one. We already were past security. She said she'd make it with a screenshot. Her dedication to customer service with a smile sets a high bar for the other locations I have been to. She was very quick and accurate, and methodical with her preparing of other orders in tandem. The manager should pay close attention to her, she has great potential.“
