“I personally have never had a bad experience here! We actually go out of our way to go here because of how consistent the drinks are, specially the iced coffee. Their chocolate munchkins and blueberry muffins are always fresh. Not to mention the staff is very friendly. We had a little mixup with our mobile order at the window, and the young lady today was very apologetic and kind. This was just an issue with their system. Love it here! She was so kind, and we told her to just sub in whatever worked. Instead, they completely spoiled us with extra pastries, donut holes, and a perfect breakfast sandwich. “I ordered three bacon, egg and cheese croissant breakfast sandwiches, one dozen glazed donuts, two boba teas and three strawberry cheesecake glazed donuts. The lady that was working over charged me. I pointed out that she over charged me for the breakfast sandwiches. The other young lady that was working became rude and started using profanity. I explained that if each sandwich is 3.99 + 1.25 to add bacon. making the total 5.24 per sandwich the total for all three sandwiches is $15.72 not $23.22. Well the young lady was beyond mad speaking in a different language, cursing, and very rude simply because I didn't want to be overcharged.“
