Dumpling Crown is not your standard Chinese restaurant. It is a fantastic take out place in Smyrna offering good freshly made food that is not overly greasy. The staff is friendly and polite, even when the restaurant is slammed. Prices are very fair, and ease of ordering and paying is a plus.
The soup dumplings have become an addiction of sorts. Other fantastic options include veggie dumplings, pork and chinese cabbage dumplings, sesame balls with red bean paste, cucumber salad, Thai chili wonton, pork and chive gyoza, spicy shrimp noodles, chicken/shrimp noodles, and Good Sesame Chicken. The dumpling sauce is truly perfect, and the noodle broth is savory with just the right level of spicy. The Thai wontons are worth coming back for alone. The boba tea and Thai tea are decent, though the boba itself can be overcooked and a tad too sweet. Beware of the szechuan peppers, as the numbing sensation can be a bit too overwhelming if you are not accustomed to it.
