“I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely amazing—delicious, fresh, and rich of flavour. I ordered their bowls, and they were absolutely amazing so fresh, filling, and mouth-watering. Every bite was full of flavor and left me completely satisfied. The place was spotless, clean and very well-maintained, which made for a comfortable dining environment.

The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall great atmosphere.

We came on a random hunt after a beautiful afternoon walking in downtown ATL. We were greeted by beautiful hostess who explained we came during happy hour & sat us outside. We enjoyed a few apps, & drinks. My drink the Serenade was particularly yummy, In a new florally distinct way. My partner enjoyed the wine can’t recall the name but the one with cinnamon notes that’s YUMMY! The food was great. We tried the mushroom fritters & spanakopita. & oh yeah the welcome dish! A surprise delight!“

“The man who runs this place is amazing. Extremely friendly and warm when you walk in. The food? Absolutely incredible. If you love Mediterranean flavors it hits all the marks. The meat is so tender and flavorful, the rice amazing and the hummus is to die for. Support a small family run business and try this place out!“

“Beautiful establishment. Made reservations for a birthday dinner for my bestie, and we both enjoyed it. The service was phenomenal, and the food was so good. The portions were very generous. I appreciate the level of attention we received from all the staff. It's like everyone was contributing to ensure the guests were properly assisted. The valet service was reasonable and convenient. Decent music as well. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

“Fiance and I went on a busy Friday night and were lucky to grab seats at the bar. We tried to make a reservation 4 days in advance and nothing was available so make sure to plan wayyyyyyy ahead- it's a popular spot! Jennifer Ramos behind the bar was lovely; she's good company and provided great service even tho she was super busy. We enjoyed the hummus app, he had lamb, and I had the sirloin. All delicious and very flavorful with quick service. You can skip dessert tho, it was very whatever. Will return!“

We got a hummus bowl, which came with hot to order pita bread. That was some great hummus! It was enough for like 4 servings. We split it and then ate the rest later.

We also got one of the sandwiches. Haven’t tried it yet because the portions were so much bigger for the hummus bowl than anticipated, but looking forward to having it for lunch!

Main feedback: perhaps have one more person to help. It took a bit to place order and for the food to come out, but likely that’s because everything is being made to order fresh. So, come with some time to wait or order ahead—it’s worth the wait in the end!“

“I saw a pic of the Philly Cheesesteak Nicks was serving up and decided I had to check it out. Nicks is a hole in the wall in all the good way…only locals know it, small menu, to go orders…but dam is it good…the Philly Cheesesteak was so good and even the fries were good nothing fancy just good.“

William was great in working with my budget and the items I wanted as well as the timeframe to have the order ready. The morning of, there was some confusion on our end and we hit panic mode calling the restaurant thinking we were missing a whole tray. Lisa was absolutely a God-sent! She looked everywhere and checked with everyone to make sure the trays all left and even then started preparing another tray just in case. She could've easily said we sent it all and we're busy now. Her confidence and helpful nature saved the day! At Zafron we can actually hear each other, the seating is comfortable, and the tables are arranged so we are separate from other guests. The service is friendly but not intrusive. And the food! The food is some of the best in Atlanta! My favorite dishes include the Butternut Squash Soup, Jumbo Asparagus, and Pork Belly. I found Mr. B's Burger good but not craveable given the price point.“

Great staff. Friendly and fun. Onto the pies and food.

Tried the Lemmon pepper wings. A little small. A little dry but the flavor was ok.

The pizza, tried a 16” pepperoni. I give it a 7.4 and I think that’s fair. The flavor is good. I like the lighter sauce. Cheese is good. The dough is holding it back from getting close to an 8. It tastes like it’s been frozen and rolled out. Not freshly tossed and stretched. It doesn’t have that nice char on the underside.

Maybe I’m being a little harsh but when you put NY style on your sign, well, dough has gotta meet that standard.

The flavor is good though and the people very nice. Improve the dough and it would be really good.“
