Every time their fry’s are burnt… I’ve called CFA cares over this… this morning my order was missing my hash browns then when I got them they were half full. My chicken biscuit was swimming in grease… I don’t know what’s going on here but the quality of the food is going wayyyyyy downhill.
Every time their fry’s are burnt… I’ve called CFA cares over this… this morning my order was missing my hash browns then when I got them they were half full. My chicken biscuit was swimming in grease… I don’t know what’s going on here but the quality of the food is going wayyyyyy downhill.
More times than not they don’t get orders correctly. I’m always missing items (where’d it’s drive-thru or delivery) or pay more (or use rewards) to upgrade size to still get a smaller portion or get a completely different order.
Sure they make it right by replacing with coupons but why not try to get it right the first time. Now I’m stuck with food I don’t want or can’t eat.
