“This is my favorite Dunkin in the area. The service at this location is always too notch! Lesley is the person I have had the most interactions with and her dedication goes well beyond any of my expectations. She has taken it upon herself to remember my name and order. She greets with a smile every time. Finally, they make my Oatmilk Latte with an extra shot to pure perfection every single time (which is apparently not easy because not too many locations do). Thank you to management and owners for putting together such a great team.“
“I always pre order. Very busy location. This location is 3 mins from my house. No matter what time of day I come. They always greet me with Hi Mari . “If you are ordering anything other than donuts and hot coffee you are better off parking and going inside.
The few times I've tried to order an iced coffee or hot breakfast item in drive through I was asked to go to the second window and wait and I think they forgot I was there. After waiting for quite a while I eventually gave up and went inside, just to see the workers starting on my order after I asked about it.
Ordering inside has been much faster.“
