“I had a 5 sandwich order, and the young lady who helped me was fantastic. I was the only customer in the store when I arrived, and she asked her peer for help, but he refused and continued to play the game on his phone. He reluctantly got up and helped the next customer a few minutes later, but they got h8t with a rush and became swamped... all because he refused to help his peer. I tipped the young lady 5 dollars and advised her not to split the tip because he refused to split the work.
I added a picture of the receipt so you can identify who helped me... and who played on their phone.“

“New restaurant (I think) in Covington, Georgia. I've used the mobile through line the several times now and the order has always been just right. No confusion. Good service, as always, from Chick-fil-A. I have not yet dined in, but I may in the future.
I gave them a five on atmosphere just based on the quality of service received in the mobile through line. Pleasant always.“

I just went through the drive through at the Monroe Checker's and I have to say the lady working the drive through was absolutely awesome man it is so rare to have such a nice person working drive through now days. I mean she was super nice l, she got my order correct which is another rarity. If I had 20 dollars on me I would have given it to her for being awesome. I wish I had gotten her name but I didn't so I put the date and time on here so hopefully someone will know who she is and I truly hope she reads this. If she does I would like to tell you that you are beautiful, awesome and you are very sweet, nice. I appreciate you!!!!“

“The updated exterior looks good, but I didn't notice updates to the interior, though the store closed to make them. With all fast food, the portions are smaller with higher prices. The fish and chicken still taste good.
Parking: Parking lot needs repaving, but as long as one drives slowly and carefully, traversing the lot is manageable.“

“Captain Ds in Monroe never disappoints. Employees are always friendly and professional, food is always fresh and never cold, and bathrooms are always clean as well as the dining area. Highly recommend eating here. If I could afford it, I would have dinner here at least four nights a week.“

“I came in here with my Grandma, eager to try a new place out because we aren't from Georgia. The menu looked mouth watering, but we wondered if the food was mouth watering, too. We placed an order, and just like that, we received our order within under like.. 4 minutes. And BOY was it good. I'M VERY OBSESSED. The chicken tenders are amazing, and my grandma liked the wings.
The fries are kinda just.. there. But this is a CHICKEN place. Also the cashiers were very kind and understanding. Bonus points for the delicious famous sweet tea. I got PLENTY refills, which were free, by the way.
I love this place, and I plan to come back here on the regular!
Vegetarian options: If you're a vegetarian, you're obviously VERY silly to end up in a chicken place, but at least they have salads for you!
Dietary restrictions: It's a chicken place.
Parking: The parking lot is in front of the building, and I'm not sure how many spots there were, but it shouldn't be a problem finding parking.
Kid-friendliness: The restaurant is very kid friendly, with the interior being very attractive, and of course, good food that's easy to digest for them.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are NO stairs, and there's wheelchair parking. It should be very easy for a person with a wheelchair to get in and out, and also enjoy good food.“

“Every Chick-fil-A is a great experience. The food and the people are very good BUT the drive thru can be challenging especially when they are busy, which is understandable. However, they have added enhancements with double lanes and mobile ordering which allows customers to order more efficiently and allows more vehicles to place their orders. Unfortunately all that is done only to find yourself merging into one lane to get your food, which is where the bottleneck occurs. This is where creative thinking needs to come into play. I only ordered, for example, a shake. But I had to go through the entire drive thru process to get it. I could have parked and gone inside but I didn’t. Some of the orders should be fast-tracked, like mine, to reduce the wait for orders that are simple or prepaid. Logistics logistics logistics. Unfortunately, due to this, I many times do not go here. It would be nice if they could improve this experience.

“I don't eat out much due to medical reasons but when I decide to go here, the service is always great they serve thy best ice cream in my opinion, and it's worth the wait
Parking: You never have to be concerned about parking because it's free and plenty of space.

“I've been to this Krystal a few times this month and its been satisfying every time.. The customer service have always been spot on!! The food has been hot and nicely priced everytime. I have gotten to the point Im liking Krystal over Waffle House!!“

“One less star because the food / blizzards can be a hit or miss. Also, I went in the other day and ordered a Butterfinger Blizzard with extra Butterfinger, it looked like on top it did have extra butter finger but once I got to the bottom it was just plain ice cream, If it had of been mixed all the way to the bottom, it would not have been deemed as extra Butterfinger.
The staff is always very very nice and food is fixed to order.“

“Always great service, accurate order, hot fresh food. I think people forgot how tasty things are here - because there's rarely a line. We use the drive-thru and can say when you look in the store always looks clean- not like a lot of other places with food all squished on the floors.“

“Service and atmosphere was top notch, I have no complaints about the employees engagement and friendliness...they nailed it! However, the food was just okay. For the cost of the subs, I expected more quantity and quality. I still recommend this location in a pinch, but don't expect too much.“

“It was a bad experience for the most part but I had to tell the woman three times I didn't want any tomatoes on my sandwich and she still put tomatoes on my sandwich and then when I thought I didn't want tomatoes she took them off but the sandwich still tasted like tomatoes because there was tomato juice all over “
