“We arrived with a large group of K-5th grade young ladies from our church and accompanying adults Saturday shortly before 4pm. Our group was 15 children practicing their manners and 8 adults. Management quickly got our table together and seated us. Disappointingly I witnessed several servers at the beverage station staring and whispering “I’m NOT taking them”. Thankfully we didn’t get those servers, and instead we got D’Sean. He was amazing and handled drink orders, timid little girls learning to place their food orders, and adults. I don’t think we could have asked for a better server to be paired with us and he had such a great attitude through it all, making sure we had boxes at the end, and finalizing the tickets quickly so we could get out the door. “I got Grubhub.com they called me to confirm my order make sure I knew of the changes. Absolutely polite. I appreciate them for just answering the phone because GA’s not known for it. My good was delicious. I’d like the brown stew to have a little more sauce, however my oxtails did not disappoint!!!! The sweet potatoes were a nice touch in so accustomed to plantains I like the switch up. I do wish the Jamaican cream vanilla soft drink was available on all menus!!!!

“The food is great but as of late the service is terrible, my past two visits I have called ahead after leaving work in Atlanta, only to be placed on hold for the entire duration of my drive. It has been the same person both times and once confronted about it they showed little to no care for my time or their lack of professionalism. I do not want to leave the persons name because I’d hate to be singled out on this platform but I need to bring this to the attention of someone because this should not be happening. The food is great but if this happens again I’m sure I can find great wings elsewhere. Thank you.“

“I moved near the Stockbridge area in 2016. My family and I visited this restaurant about every 3 or 4 months (I don't eat out a lot) during the past 8 years. Honestly and sincerely, I never had a bad experience. Good food, fast service, lovingly music, good atmosphere, clean, pleasant Waiters and Watresses. I was really surprised by the few bad comments. However, this is my family and I favorite restaurant. I recommend.“

“This is a soul food restaurant with the workings of a typical Jamaican restaurant; namely, they have everything already cooked and in front of you behind glass, and they make a platter out of whatever you order. Very simple system, and it works. It is definitely some of the best soul food I've had in Atlanta, including some of the moistest chicken tenders. I'll definitely try it again if I get the chance.“
