They were pleasant, funny, considerate, and kind. They repeatedly asked me what type of egg I wanted, and personally made my order. If van is here, I will be here. 💜“
“I bought some 2 medium fries to go with my dinner. When did the medium fries start looking like a small. I was disappointed. They didn't taste like they used to. I haven't been to McDonald's in a year, but I was quite disappointed.“
“Asha who worked the night shift on 9/6/25 around 10:06 (she was working the drive through window) had AMAZING customer service! Super polite! No attitude like youd expect from mcdonalds, now at the 2nd drive thru windowc whoever that was definitely had attitude. We asked if there was sauce in the bag and didnt even get to finish the sentence before she cut us off and said “yea in the bag” then when we checked the bag for food she told us to move up if we were gonna check the food. No please or nothing. It was t so much what she said but HOW she said it. Only giving 5 stars cuz of Asha, Asha if you see this, girl loveeeeeeeee ! Your a vibe!“
“I come here to eat and study and every time I come, everyone is very nice and welcoming. I ordered a coffee too sweet and the workers helped me figure out how to make it exactly how I like it. The manager is very kind and asks everyone in the lobby if they are doing okay or need anything. Great place!“

I want to take a moment to recognize Brenna from McDonald’s for going above and beyond during my recent visit. I came in hoping to get the best value to feed five kids from my neighborhood who told me they were hungry and didn’t have any food at home. Brenna not only greeted me with kindness, but she took the time to patiently explain the menu, pointing out the best deals and helping me stretch every dollar to make sure these kids could eat a full meal.
Her compassion and willingness to help turned what could have been a stressful situation into a heartwarming experience. It’s rare to meet someone who truly cares, and Brenna demonstrated that customer service is about more than transactions—it’s about people. Because of her, five kids went home with full stomachs and big smiles.
