Amazing customer service ! My first time was memorable . I started with 6 wing combo and was happy to hear I get to select two flavors. My first was classically lemon pepper . I asked to try the Louisiana rub and they gave me a wing not just the sauce . I liked it. Then a customer told me he comes daily and that I should try the Brazilian citrus which wasn't on the menu. Today 8/26/2026 was a horrible experience. Customer service was horrible came in to place a order was told to place online order. No one was in line to order so what's the issue a lazy employee who doesn't greet customers and also is very rude. I almost walked out because as a paying customer there should be some level of respect and responsibilitiy for the job. I notice that this particular branch of Wingstop is kinda put more salt on the food.
