I wasn't worried too much about having what amounts to a grill in the middle of our table with the kids. It's obviously hot, but it's not like you'll lose a hand if you get too close here and there. Service was great. Our server was Yuki. He was very attentive, and explained how it worked, and answered any questions. When our food arrived, Yuki told us exactly what each item was, and exactly how long to cook it per side. Not a cheap place to go, especially with kids, but a nice treat after an otherwise fun-filled day with other new first experiences.“

Walking in, the ambiance is really low key and has a great feel to it. It’s perfect for friends, dates, or even alone. After we walked in we were able to be seated immediately. Continuing to take in the ambiance, the feel was so chill. There was a game on each television and the music was playing in the background. Yep, I’m here for all of this. Upon taking our seats, I ordered a sweet tea and began to scroll the menu. Taking a moment to take in the menu as there are an abundance of options, I decided on the Spring Rolls as an Appetizer and Pad Thai as my Main Course. Clearly I played it safe. 😂😂😂 From seating us to taking out drink and food orders, our waiter was super nice. He was professional, very educated on the menu offerings and kept a smile the entire time. Not to mention, we weren’t his only table yet he was on top of his game and provided top tier service. Once my food came I was immediately drawn into the aroma. The Thai Spices mixed with the Sweet smells of the sauce made me extra happy inside. LoL. The Spring Rolls were good. They were crunchy loo Upon first bite I almost melted. Whew! I have NEVER in all my years had a Pad Thai this amazing. I’m talking about perfectly cooked noodles. Optimum noodle to meat to sauce ratio. And best of all, the peanuts were coated in the sauce and not only acted as the extra layer of texture, but their flavor profile was enhanced which allowed the dish to have a multi-flavor blend of sweet, salty, and nutty. Omggggggg. I want moreeeeeeeeee. The dish arrived hot and was very fresh. This wasn’t no quick boil or reheated dish, no. This was freshly made when I ordered it and whoever the chef was is amazing at their job. Dear Chef, your ability to cook Pad Thai is beyond normal. Your supernatural flavor elevated dish was exciting, mouth pleasing, and has made me eager to return to EAV That & Sushi. If you’re in the area and ready to eat, you can not go wrong with EAV That & Sushi.“

“I got the lunch special of twice cooked meat and it only costs like 12 dollars with a hot sour soup side for only 1 dollar. The service is really good, checking in from time to time. The barbecue is not available until around 5/6pm. So if that’s what you are looking for, wait until dinner time.
The hot sour soup is really good. The meat is bit fatty and porky.
In general, it’s not bad. The only downside for me is that the restaurant doesn’t have much sunlight in the afternoon.“

“Amazing sushi! I was nearby for a conference and discovered this place at the food hall in Colony Square. I wasn’t incredibly hungry and ordered the Sashimi sampler and miso soup. Both great! The sashimi sampler is a great choice when you can’t decide between which fish to order. My go-tos are yellowtail and tuna but man, the salmon was delicious and better than most places I’ve ordered salmon from. All the fish I had was super fresh! The staff was super friendly! Highly recommend this place!“

Drinks were on point, got the mai tai, of course, food was delicious. Came back the next night, sat at the bar, same great drinks and food. Arrived about 5'ish pm. Ordered deluxe sashimi plate, $28 included salad and soup.
I ordered Happy Hour deep fried tofu. This had vegetables, $10. More of a stir fried Chinese dish, topped with Japanese green seaweed. Tasty! Enjoyed it. (Not the deep fried tofu with dipping sauce that I thought it was on menu).

Provided huge ice filled cups of water. (Walked from MARTA Station was very warm. Needed the water!). Husband ordered a beer, $5.

Service good. Sashimi were large slices. Roll included on deluxe sashimi was a California Roll, topped with about 1/4 tsp of eel eggs. Nice touch!

Odd. The bill included 18% tip. We never seen it in a restaurant Bill. Since we liked the service, it paid the total $55+

Restaurant constantly played music bit loud, maybe to drown out the loud cooking clanging wok.

This is for sure one of them! My friend put me on last night and I promise my overall experience is a 10/10. From the greetings and warm welcome to the personable interaction with our waitress. The food was great and fresh when it came to the table. The music was smooth! They do have hookah and cocktails which is always a plus at any restaurant and lounge!

The atmosphere is definitely a vibe! I think the owner and their team did their big one! I appreciate everything this establishment has to offer, keep up the amazing leadership! This is what customers need in an every day dining experience! 10/10 I overly recommend!“
