The staff works steadily to get the orders out in an organized manner, and I’ve never had to wait more than ten minutes for a made-to-order sandwich.“

“I wasn't sure what made Schlotzsky's lunch food unique and why the chain had endured. But I tried it recently. I was pleasantly surprised. The bread was light and crispy. The turkey had a great smoked flavor. And their house brand of chips were better than the typical store bought brands. Their bathroom door signs are good as well. I will be back!“

Excellent customer service, sandwiches made to order, hot tasty French fries, and inside and outside dining. This location is MUCH better than the one that used to be in Decatur.“

We still like the sandwich shop but what’s up with the slamming door? It slams so hard that I’m afraid the glass is going to shatter. I can’t figure out why the owner with all the foot traffic has ignored this maintenance issue for almost a year or more. If store doesn’t open until 10am, pay somebody to fix the door before opening. IJS…JM at the Mall of GA Exchange doesn’t have this problem.

Jersey Mike’s has surpassed Jimmy John’s and Subway as my preferred sandwich establishment. They are really “A Sub Above!” I even find it superior to CS Chick, located near the mall. Today’s experience was largely consistent with previous visits, characterized by excellent service, attentive staff, and a lively store atmosphere. I particularly appreciate the manager’s friendly interactions with customers and the enthusiasm of her young staff.
Our usual order consists of grilled subs, chicken, or the Philly. The only minor suggestion is to remind the preparer to add additional condiments, as grilled sandwiches are served without them.
Despite this minor consideration, I highly recommend Jersey Mike’s. However, I advise against visiting during weekdays, particularly between 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM, if you are pressed for time and need to return to work promptly.“

“Very flexible options here, and they are crazy fast at putting out mobile orders when you place one - so much, in fact, that they are ready way before the app tells you they are! “I first tried Blimpie over a year ago when they still had a store in Gainesville. I ordered The Blimp sandwich and I was surprised at the size of it. As for how it tasted, it was very good. Compared to other sub sandwich restaurants, I found Blimpie to have more of everything in their sandwiches. When the Blimpie in Gainesvlle closed, through Google Maps, I found the next closest one to be on Friendship Rd. I went there for an early dinner and while a smaller location, the atmosphere was homey and the person up front was exceptionally cordial. I ordered a regular Hoboken Hero combo with chips and a drink to go. The sandwich was great with all the meats and condiments blending together creating a feeling of bliss. A great place for sub sandwiches!“

“I have been to multiple Firehouse Subs; however, I highly recommend going to this locations. The staff is extremely kind, always working to keep the customers happy, and keeping the restaurant clean. The atmosphere is excellent, and they keep it very clean. The food is amazing. “I recently visited this location. I quickly noticed how clean it was and how nice and friendly Kendra and Ali were. I ordered the steak philly and baby when I tell you Ali did her thing with that sub!! It was sooo good I had to call the store and tell her how freaking delicious it was! “Please see my letter to corporate, whom I hope will recognize this manager and her team for the work they are doing. To Whom It May Concern: My name is Jennifer Turner-Lynn, and I visited the 860 Duluth Highway, Unit 1040, Lawrenceville, Ga, Firehouse Subs location on the evening of December 11, 2021. As someone who works for a non-profit and who also works closely with the public, I am all too familiar with the inclination of folks to complain versus praise, and so I wanted to make it a point to highlight your exemplary staff and the very touching situation that unfolded that evening. My husband loves Firehouse subs, especially since he is a firefighter and a paramedic, so we decided to stop in prior to watching a movie across the road. When my husband and I arrived, there was one other couple dining in, but by the time our food arrived, we were solo, in addition of course to your team. Shortly thereafter, a single female entered the restaurant. She presented with some challenges – either homeless, mental health, maybe a combination of both. She went to the counter and told the manager that she was hungry. My ears perked up at this point, as I work with victims of domestic violence, human trafficking, and sexual assault many of whom often experience homelessness, mental health, and substance use challenges. The manager, Alyssa, simply looked at the young woman and told her she would be glad to make her something to eat. She treated her with dignity, respect, and compassion – I’m tearing up just recalling her breadth of humanity. The firehouse team went to work, with everyone simply treating this young woman like a paying customer, and more importantly like a human. I don’t know what your company policy is on “free” food, but in case there are some “terms,” I wanted to share that your manager’s graciousness resulted in me going to the counter and purchasing a $25.00 food card for them to place with her meal, so that she could return as a paying customer in the future. The entire situation touched my heart and my spirit. Your manager and her team should be recognized for their integrity, and more importantly, for how well they represented your company during this exchange. As we close out this Christmas season and begin a year anew, my hope is that you all will take this opportunity to thank them and to recognize them for the amazing people that they are. My husband as a first responder, and myself as a victim advocate, we do what we do to make a difference in our world. It’s incredibly important that all people, irregardless of their titles, know that their simple acts of kindness can make a world of difference, even if for only just that one person.
