Cooper was hands down the best! I’ll definitely be coming back as long as he’s there to assist us. He was extremely knowledgeable about the menu, prepared our order quickly, and had us in and out in no time. He even offered great recommendations for our sandwiches, knowing they wouldn’t be eaten until the next day.

“Sub of Subs has a pretty good chopped cheese sandwich for it to be from a little sandwich shop in Duluth, GA. This place gets super busy around lunch, but I think it’s worth the wait. The staff works steadily to get the orders out in an organized manner, and I’ve never had to wait more than ten minutes for a made-to-order sandwich.“

“I go to this schlotsky's over the one in Gainesville due to food and service quality. This time one of my pizzas was the greasiest I've gotten from any schlotskys in multiple states and the other didn't have marinara so it was basically just cheese bread.“

“I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Firehouse Subs in Flowery Branch, and I have to say, it was a truly fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. What truly sets this location apart is the undeniable freshness of their ingredients and the care they put into crafting each and every sandwich.

You can absolutely taste the difference! The meats are high-quality, the vegetables are crisp and vibrant, and the bread is perfectly toasted. My sandwich was bursting with flavor, and it was clear that everything was prepared with attention to detail right in front of me.

Beyond the incredible food, the service was truly exceptional. I especially want to give a shout-out to Amit. He was an absolute star! Amit greeted everyone with a genuine smile and was incredibly helpful in navigating the menu. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure my order was exactly as I wanted it. His friendly demeanor and efficient service truly stood out and made my visit even more enjoyable. It's clear that Amit takes pride in his work and goes above and beyond to ensure every customer has a great experience. He's a fantastic host and a real asset to the Firehouse Subs team in Flowery Branch.

“Jersey Mike’s has surpassed Jimmy John’s and Subway as my preferred sandwich establishment. They are really “A Sub Above!” I even find it superior to CS Chick, located near the mall. Today’s experience was largely consistent with previous visits, characterized by excellent service, attentive staff, and a lively store atmosphere. I particularly appreciate the manager’s friendly interactions with customers and the enthusiasm of her young staff.
Our usual order consists of grilled subs, chicken, or the Philly. The only minor suggestion is to remind the preparer to add additional condiments, as grilled sandwiches are served without them.
Despite this minor consideration, I highly recommend Jersey Mike’s. However, I advise against visiting during weekdays, particularly between 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM, if you are pressed for time and need to return to work promptly.“

“I first tried Blimpie over a year ago when they still had a store in Gainesville. I ordered The Blimp sandwich and I was surprised at the size of it. As for how it tasted, it was very good. Compared to other sub sandwich restaurants, I found Blimpie to have more of everything in their sandwiches. When the Blimpie in Gainesvlle closed, through Google Maps, I found the next closest one to be on Friendship Rd. I went there for an early dinner and while a smaller location, the atmosphere was homey and the person up front was exceptionally cordial. I ordered a regular Hoboken Hero combo with chips and a drink to go. The sandwich was great with all the meats and condiments blending together creating a feeling of bliss. A great place for sub sandwiches!“

“Use this location to cater 200 subs for my daughter’s birthday party and had an amazing experience from ordering delivery set up and of course great fresh tasting subs! Management and staff were amazing to work with especially with a large birthday party

“I seriously love the service at this Penn station location, and obviously the subs, fries and lemonade has been on point every time we have been there.
My to go are the Philly cheesesteak and the Italian subs. The bread they use is so crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I feel like they are the perfect size and had the right amount of ingredients so it’s not a mess while eating.
Their fresh lemonade its a bit sweeter than I would prefer it but my wife and son loves it that way.
And the French fries are always freshly made so you will definitely have crunchy and warm fries on your visits.
Dine in or take out we have always had a great experience on our visits.

I make it a habit to go inside and check to see if the mobile order is ready, and it usually is! They always get my order ready, and will cut it in thirds for me.“

Rating the service 4/5 because there wasn’t any organization or rhyme and reason, we were asked left and right about our order by four people in total! Somewhat chaotic to not have a line or talk to people in order 0_o

Rates the atmosphere 4/5 because the seating wasn’t comfortable, there isn’t much space to seat and there are two chairs right in front of the soda machine. Quite crammed.

The staff is extremely kind, always working to keep the customers happy, and keeping the restaurant clean. The atmosphere is excellent, and they keep it very clean. The food is amazing. “Please see my letter to corporate, whom I hope will recognize this manager and her team for the work they are doing. To Whom It May Concern: My name is Jennifer Turner-Lynn, and I visited the 860 Duluth Highway, Unit 1040, Lawrenceville, Ga, Firehouse Subs location on the evening of December 11, 2021. As someone who works for a non-profit and who also works closely with the public, I am all too familiar with the inclination of folks to complain versus praise, and so I wanted to make it a point to highlight your exemplary staff and the very touching situation that unfolded that evening. My husband loves Firehouse subs, especially since he is a firefighter and a paramedic, so we decided to stop in prior to watching a movie across the road. When my husband and I arrived, there was one other couple dining in, but by the time our food arrived, we were solo, in addition of course to your team. Shortly thereafter, a single female entered the restaurant. She presented with some challenges – either homeless, mental health, maybe a combination of both. She went to the counter and told the manager that she was hungry. My ears perked up at this point, as I work with victims of domestic violence, human trafficking, and sexual assault many of whom often experience homelessness, mental health, and substance use challenges. The manager, Alyssa, simply looked at the young woman and told her she would be glad to make her something to eat. She treated her with dignity, respect, and compassion – I’m tearing up just recalling her breadth of humanity. The firehouse team went to work, with everyone simply treating this young woman like a paying customer, and more importantly like a human. I don’t know what your company policy is on “free” food, but in case there are some “terms,” I wanted to share that your manager’s graciousness resulted in me going to the counter and purchasing a $25.00 food card for them to place with her meal, so that she could return as a paying customer in the future. The entire situation touched my heart and my spirit. Your manager and her team should be recognized for their integrity, and more importantly, for how well they represented your company during this exchange. As we close out this Christmas season and begin a year anew, my hope is that you all will take this opportunity to thank them and to recognize them for the amazing people that they are. My husband as a first responder, and myself as a victim advocate, we do what we do to make a difference in our world. It’s incredibly important that all people, irregardless of their titles, know that their simple acts of kindness can make a world of difference, even if for only just that one person.
