We hit some high places and others on our Sunday Brunch research, this is one of the better places we visit. We have been to a couple locations with great to greater results every time. This location is near the Mall of Georgia, pretty close in real terms. The DO have reservations, so it makes it a pleasure to go, to be seated quickly and have good service, a full bar and a competent kitchen staff.. This time our waitress was Kashmir and she was the best. We also had a Chance to talk to the AG (Assistant Goddess) Pam, she remembered us from our past visit-months ago, and was both cordial and helpful. We DO NOT forget good staff. The food was all on point, my Avocado Eggs Benedict was terrific with a good amount of Cheesy Hollandaise sauce and perfect poached eggs. Deanne's omelette was terrific, so was her pancake --she said. Bill's Crab-Cake Eggs Benedict was just right. The coffee's were great, and the brunch cocktails were some of the best we encounter on our weekly brunch-hunt.. Kudos to you and your staff, Snooze.....“

“I want to thank the Johns Creek Egg Harbor Cafe for a great luncheon experience yesterday! Justin and Ramsey helped me set up a reservation for 24 of my friends. All the arrangements went very smoothly. Alley was our AMAZING waitress! She was obviously used to taking care of large groups. “I’ve been visiting this location for quite some time and usually have an average experience. The place is relatively clean and the food tastes like any other Ihop, but the last two times I visited, I had the same server, Natalie, and she completely changed my experience. She was very friendly and attentive. Even when my little ones were being indecisive with their orders, she was still very patient and even went through some of the options with them. This is by far the best experience I've had at a restaurant; the food even seemed to taste better than previous times because she brought it out so quickly. Would 100% recommend this location!!“

Normally go on W-F but had some extra time this morning. The place was a pig sty! Went to the restroom and walked back out. Puddles of water in the floor. Wet paper towels on the toilet seat. Trashcan overflowing and piling into the floor. Placed my order for ham & eggs. Eggs ordered over medium. Came out so burned you could've used them to replace a tire! Sent them back. They brought scrambled eggs. Not what I ordered. If I wanted rubber eggs I would've gone to McDonald's! I will go back one time to tell my regular waitresses what happened... well maybe...“

Because if they start yelling at you in front of other people, it happened to me and I felt attacked by the staff. I think that no one is obliged to leave a tip and this should be earned for the service you offer.“
