This place is AWESOME okayyyy , I mean fresh , good , worth the wait , seasoned , packaged beautifully. I mean I’ve literally ordered three different things off of the menu for three days in a row and everything slapped.

We hit some high places and others on our Sunday Brunch research, this is one of the better places we visit. We have been to a couple locations with great to greater results every time. This location is near the Mall of Georgia, pretty close in real terms. The DO have reservations, so it makes it a pleasure to go, to be seated quickly and have good service, a full bar and a competent kitchen staff.. This time our waitress was Kashmir and she was the best. We also had a Chance to talk to the AG (Assistant Goddess) Pam, she remembered us from our past visit-months ago, and was both cordial and helpful. We DO NOT forget good staff. The food was all on point, my Avocado Eggs Benedict was terrific with a good amount of Cheesy Hollandaise sauce and perfect poached eggs. Deanne's omelette was terrific, so was her pancake --she said. Bill's Crab-Cake Eggs Benedict was just right. The coffee's were great, and the brunch cocktails were some of the best we encounter on our weekly brunch-hunt.. Kudos to you and your staff, Snooze.....“

The place is relatively clean and the food tastes like any other Ihop, but the last two times I visited, I had the same server, Natalie, and she completely changed my experience. She was very friendly and attentive. Even when my little ones were being indecisive with their orders, she was still very patient and even went through some of the options with them. This is by far the best experience I've had at a restaurant; the food even seemed to taste better than previous times because she brought it out so quickly. Would 100% recommend this location!!“

“Now I love Waffle House. Been eating there for over 50 years. Member of Regulars Club. Just had the worst experience ever at store 1134 (Sugarloaf Pkwy). Normally go on W-F but had some extra time this morning. The place was a pig sty! Went to the restroom and walked back out. Puddles of water in the floor. Wet paper towels on the toilet seat. Trashcan overflowing and piling into the floor. Placed my order for ham & eggs. Eggs ordered over medium. Came out so burned you could've used them to replace a tire! Sent them back. They brought scrambled eggs. Not what I ordered. If I wanted rubber eggs I would've gone to McDonald's! I will go back one time to tell my regular waitresses what happened... well maybe...“

“There was only one server and she seems to be busy it was 10pm.
Hardly one family was there inside and the server was busy doing something in the computer.
First I thought there was something wrong with the other family’s bill but when we actually got place to sit which was exactly next to the other family that was when I came to know that they were also waiting to place the order as after we sat down, she started taking their order.
before that when we were waiting at waiting area for more then 10mins-15mins as I was having my two daughters with me, my husband went inside to inform that we are waiting to be seated, thinking that restaurant was empty and it was 10pm so she might think no customers would come but the closing time was 12:00am after all this when he actually asked her excuse me she would mind to turn around and acknowledge as well as she was still busy with the computer.
Anyways the food was good
My only problem here is at least acknowledge that they are aware the customer is waiting that too when the restaurant is completely empty.
Also one thing is common in restaurants that whenever it’s time to pay the bill the server’s would be good to us as they expect us to pay tip eventually even if we are not happy we pay the tip as we don’t want them to get disappointed.“

Because if they start yelling at you in front of other people, it happened to me and I felt attacked by the staff. I think that no one is obliged to leave a tip and this should be earned for the service you offer.“
