LOVE the Johns Creek location. Reagan is an awesome server. Lots of regular patrons. So many new menu items. The salt and vinegar wings are so good
food is great service is horrible. I had to ask 4 times for a water before I could actually get one. I always order water before ordering a beer. There was the same thing playing on 80% of the tvs and two different groups asked to have something else put on, the bar tender gave an excuse as to why this could not happen (not sure why)....
I had to practically beg for a water refill. Sat at bar which was less than 60% full. I will not return to this location.
Horrible experience- more than 1.5 hours to get an order of wings and a wrap; three requests for a second beer while we waited. Food was average when we finally got it
