Food was wonderful but salad bar is above all!!
It was alright. Food was mediocre, best part was the design
The people are very nice. We've been twice and honestly it's just too expensive. The steaks are $30+ and just not that high quality for that price. Even the burger is $18 and is good (not great). The salad bar is good but I swear they water down the salad dressing to make it go further. Usually ranch is thick and mixed with the lettuce, but theirs is runny and filters to the bottom of the bowl. You get one roll each. If you want more than one, they charge you. Backwoods Steak House is a hidden gem worth the drive. The food, service, and atmosphere are top-notch. From the delicious possum drops to the impressive seafood dishes, every bite is a delight. Despite being cash-only, the friendly staff and diverse menu keep customers coming back for more. With car tags from multiple states, it's clear that this place is a must-visit for a memorable dining experience. The food was excellent. The server was very good and the atmosphere was great. It surpassed expectations. The service and food were TOP NOTCH! It’s a new favorite date night locale. Highly recommended. The food is great.
