“The sweet and sour sauce here is a little different than I'm used to but good. A little pricey but right next to truck stop is a winner. Quantity good for price and the flavor of the food was top tier and very fast to prepare your order ( from ordering to leaving under 10 minutes). I would recommend.“

“So thankful to have found Kong Long. I have picked it up a few times in the past couple months and always have a great experience. The food is wonderful! Classic Chinese takeout but on the cleaner side of flavor. Nothing is overly sweet, the Mongolian beef is slightly peppery, and you can taste the ginger in the food. It’s my favorite local take out. I would say my orders are medium sized like 2-3 meats, rice, egg rolls, soups, and crab rangoons and typically ready in 15-20min. basically the perfect amount of time to order then head out to pick up and not have to wait. I usually interact with the woman there and she is so kind.“

“Not much for atmosphere going on but it's the only Chinese food that I will eat in this town. Mandarin cuisine and I prefer Human or Sezuhan so I always ask for extra spicy and they can't get it spicy enough. If you want no flavour, eat Cantonese, if you want sweet and syrupy, eat Mandarin but if you like spicy, you need Hunan or Sezuhan. I prefer Thai food and requests for Thai hot are ignored so I settle for this food. The thing I really love is Tofu and veggies. They fry the Tofu perfectly. A bit heavy handed with the oil but still, if I want Chinese I get it from Evergreen.“

“We got 3 lunch specials, crab Rangoon, and fries(it's a above average portion of French fries) for 38$. I saw all the negative reviews and I don't personally understand why this place deserves one star. The lady in the front is sweet, you get a decent bit of food in the lunch portion (and I'm a big back so). The food also tastes good. Only complaint is that my husband only got 2 shrimp in his meal (but they were bigger shrimp). Would visit again ❤️“

“I have been going to chopsticks since I was little. I’m vegan and they always make my food how I ask. Only restaurant in Bremen that has accommodated me like they have and been so kind throughout the years. They know me when I call in my food lol. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. I don’t understand the hate it’s getting. Good portions of food, very kind staff that remembers you, fast at refilling your drinks, quick at preparing your takeout, and it’s clean whenever I go in to eat. They also have the best spring rolls. I love spring rolls and have eaten probably 20 different ones made at different restaurants and chopsticks is the best.“
