“My daughter and I go to Starbucks in Carrollton almost every Saturday. With the main store closed temporarily to be remodeled we tried the Ingles Carrollton Starbucks. Our drinks were AMAZING. A huge shout out to ERICA and RANDY for making our order so perfect. ☕️ ?“

“I believe they should correct the name to "Dunkin' Self Serve". I was excited when I saw a 24hr dunkin near me. When I arrived, sadly the opposite. As skeptical as I was, I tried it. I couldn't get my cold foam however the brewed coffee was made correctly. I've actually had way worse at brick-and-mortar locations.“

The employee was acting like the order pick up time wasn't now. Literally, every other Starbucks (especially Highway 5) gets it right. Why can you make drive-thru orders fast but not an online order?
