I ordered the Cajun Alfredo pasta with spicy chicken and shrimp. The employees were courteous and my food arrived within a reasonable time and the temperature of the food was hot(able to eat as soon as I received my plate and did not have to wait for it to cool down or have my plate reheated). The bar area where I sat was clean and received excellent customer service when ordering my meal. I enjoyed my overall experience at this Chilli's location.
I have had terrible experiences here in the past. So it has been a while since my last visit up until now. The service was spot on. The food was really good this time. Last time everything was over cooked. This time, everything was just right. The place was alot cleaner this time around as well. It seems either managment changed or they are now deciding to change things around for the better. I will eat here more due to this experience with hopes that this is the new norm.

I went here for lunch. Had a bacon rancher cheeseburger, fries and a coke. Food was cooked perfectly. Simple order, but many places have a hard time getting it right. Service was good. I would definitely eat here again.
