Charles the general manager is a very good customer focused employee. I once dropped my credit card at drive thru and didn’t realize it. Went thru drive thru next day and it was then I had lost my card. I asked the attending clerk if they happen to have found credit card. She asked other employees and Charles said he had seen it on the pavement outside of drive thru. Charles picked up the card and locked it up. He has made manager since then. this happened at the hardees in mcminnville tn I came in to get something like I always do and instead of sitting in peace a man rudely asked me "what my plan is" I come everyday and order food and use the wifi for a while I am paying customer not a tyrant you dont treat a customer like that especially when I never cause issues and bother noone do better
