“If CfA follows its path diligently, is kind & good & closed on Sundays, one day it will get to heaven. And when it does, it will be transformed into Bruxie's. IOW, the food here is amazing. Chili honey is warm but not extreme. Chicken & waffles are perfect. Crème brûlée & strawberries on a fresh waffle are delicious. Service is friendly. Give it a try!“

“I would consider us regulars, eating here 1-2x/month. A little disappointed this go around. We ordered the toppoki, bulgogi quesadilla, and the harue kimbap. The bulgogi quesadilla was labeled as a “limited time” item and was pretty good! The fries it came with were a little undercooked and lacked that the crispy crunch. Harue kimbap = solid. The toppoki was overcooked—the rice cakes and ramen (that we paid extra for) were too chewy/soggy.“

“I had a pleasant experience the first and third times I visited. However, the second visit was chaotic. The service was running super late on orders, even though plenty of plates were ready. I think they were short-staffed, but it was a mess. Now, coming to the good part: I loved the whole chicken. They could’ve added a bit more seasoning to the peri chips. The garlic bread was nicely made, and the Portuguese rice was good, though it was super cold. My favorite was the peri-peri wings—they were delicious. I enjoyed the chicken thigh sandwich as well. This place is better for hanging out with friends than for a date.“

“I have never in my life met more kind people than at this Chick-Fil-A. We were on our way home from an Epic Taylor Swift concert and we were immediately greeted and welcomed! The dining room staff member, Kristin went above and beyond for us. It wad top knotch service. She clearly loves her job and the customers she serves. Luiz was another member who stepped up and went above and beyond for us. He came to talk to us about Taylor Swift. He was the cutest! On our way out he gave us brownies! I was just blown away by the customer service at this location. Thank you for being wonderful people!!“

“I am in love with their mala chicken. I came here during the mid afternoon, so it was almost empty. Service was quick, and the place was quiet. They have two TVs on if you're the type who enjoys background noise or visuals.

I wish the mala chicken had more sauce because it was delicious. Because we had the rose tteotboki, it was a good combo with both. It wasn't dry and mostly breading luckily.

They have a happy hour everyday 2-5pm. So we got a beer pitcher which was a few dollars less. They only have 4? Beer pitcher options. I tried their ponce at night IPA, which was okay, not extremely bitter. They didn't allow samples so we took the gamble.“

“I placed a takeout order last night 7/29 10:10 p.m. My order was a large gizzard, large Catfish, and a regular fried okra totaling $37.50 and credit card total $44.48. I was very displeased with the portions of all items. I had 2 catfish filets in lieu of 4, 1/2 the normal amount of okra, and only 6 gizzards. These should have been small orders and an okra snack. The fries made up the majority of the dishes with no coleslaw included. I am requesting a credit of $26.98 plus tax for unauthorized gratuity and 1/2 amounts on the dishes. The check # is 34676 and server was Horace B. I have ordered frequently without these problems in the past. Please correct. Thank you.“

“The empanadas are very good and the default sauce is pretty good. They used to be overpriced, but prices have adjusted down some which is good to see. Combos do not come with drinks. We only got two sauces with 3 3 piece empanada trios which I'm assuming was just overlooked, but I do know they want to charge if you ask for extra sauces. The chicken itself is expensive for what it is and I probably won't give it a chance. I just can't justify paying the price to try it when good chicken is available all over the place nearby. Service was slow we waited outside for at least 20 minutes for our food.“

“I’ve been going to Chicken Salad Chick for a while now and have never had any complaints. The food is always fresh, delicious, and consistent, and the place is clean and welcoming every single time.

But what truly sets this location apart is Fernando. Whether he’s at the cashier or working in the back, he’s always there with a smile and an incredibly polite attitude. He genuinely goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Need something? Fernando’s already on it. It’s rare to come across someone who consistently brings that kind of energy and care to their job, and it really makes a difference.

“Disappointed in the consistency. Every time I come with my daughter and get her a kids scoop, it is a different size, sometimes half a scoop and sometimes a whole scoop. I wish I knew more what to expect when I ordered the kids meal because otherwise I would just get her a regular combo to ensure a full sized scoop. Otherwise, we love this place.“

I think it’s highly unnecessary that I have to wait in line longer then when I arrived bc the lane I choose, happens to be going too slow. The attendants should make sure that orders are taken as they arrive. “Maaaaan what can I NOT say about the greatness of this Chikfila !!! I come in every day for lunch and day after day, time after time, the service, atmosphere, food and overall general vibe of everything going on here is EXACTLY what you would expect from a Chikfila, but honestly it’s more than that. They have spent so much attention to detail on curating such a homely and inviting feeling. From the flowers arranged on every table to the chalkboard they update all the time with things that make you smile ! The food is always out quickly whether you do mobile order or in line, and it’s always hot and fresh which is SO important to me ! All of the staff is very welcoming and kind and eager to make your experience as pleasant as possible. And one thing that I really really love and appreciate is the fact that they employ locally which is important when coming into a community in my opinion and for this very reason, they have workers who can communicate with the people of the community who end up being your customers and I think that is something to be applauded because while it may be small to some, I see the impact first hand. The managers and owners are such a joy to speak with as everyone there is really a true embodiment of the spirit of Chikfila and for that I thank them. Ten out of ten would definitely recommend !“

“I am at this Chic-Fil-A every Monday and Wednesday and when I tell you that I LOVE THEM. The customer service is IMMACULATE!!!! My favorite crew person is Grayson he needs a raise and a promotion. “I have been to this location countless amounts of times and I have to say by far, Abby is the most deserving and extraordinary manger/employee they have. Every single interaction my husband or I have had with her, was a memorable and amazing interaction compared to some of the others we have had here. You can tell she values and cares for her job and the customers. To be able to tell someone’s values, respect and leadership from small interactions says a lot about someone. We have seen her handle conflict and the way she handles herself shows the skilled communicator she is. She is very clearly emotionally intelligent. We will be coming back here just to have the blessing of running in to her on her shifts! I don’t know what she’s paid but whatever it is, she deserves a raise!!!!! “This was a great stop for me. This particular KKC was inside the Texaco gas station. The woman serving me was very nice and helpful when it came to my order. I got the two piece dark chicken meal with a large mac n' cheese. They didn't have jambalaya unfortunately so that was a major disappointment. The chicken and biscuits, however, were phenomenal. The chicken was super moist on the inside and the skin was extremely crispy. The biscuit itself is reminiscent of Church's, what with its sticky icky coating; personally, it could've been a little sweeter for me. The mac n' cheese was rather bland, though. There wasn't that much flavor to it. I wished I could've had their jambalaya. The pricing for the two piece meal was around $7, which is not bad at all for the quality that you're getting. Fountain drinks are also available for $0.99 inside the gas station. Overall, an extremely hole-in-the-wall place with fantastic fried chicken and biscuits. Keep away from the mac n' cheese though.“

There was homeless like people hanging out front. The parking lot can be somewhat chaotic with the Walmart traffic.“

“I’ve been to Chick-fil-A plenty of times in my life, and every time i’ve been, the service is undeniably the best out of any fast food restaurant. What warranted my review is the server who took my order, Kailyn. She was incredibly sweet and bubbly, helping me to branch out from my regular order, I think she knows the whole menu by heart! She was incredibly helpful, and when I come back to this Chick-fil-A, I hope she takes my order again.“
