“I was pretty excited when I snagged a Mochibees donut surprise bag—my niece loves their donuts. I went to pick it up right on time from their small shop inside H-Mart.
When I opened the bag, I was a bit let down to find 5 blueberry donuts and 1 powdered sugar donut. I was hoping for a mix of flavors. That said, my niece was thrilled—she loves blueberry and ended up eating several. I tried a bite myself, and honestly, it was still pretty tasty.“

I was truly disappointed and said, "you're kidding?! I came here specifically for those donuts." The Mgr came over the intercom and said," Drive up and I will have those for you." When I pulled up, the Mgr had prepared two perfectly iced donuts that were soft and warm. I couldn't believe how happy I was about donuts. I thanked the Mgr so much for going above and beyond to assist a bratty customer. The carmel latte was yummy as well. I still think about those perfect, yummy donuts.“
