We've been customers for over 10 years but it'd been about 1 year since our last visit and Boy has Lucky Key gone down! It took 25+ mins for them to serve me the wrong order, then another 10 mins to serve me another wrong order. The portions were smaller and made of mostly onions, only 4 shrimp, the sauces tasted like syrup from a bottle and the chicken was hard & dry. Jennifer is the absolute best and actually remembers me when I come in. All the staff are extremely sweet and the food is delicious. I come here with my friends every time we're in town. I definitely recommend the pink lady roll it's top notch. It's also within walking distance of green park apartments so if you live there I'd absolutely recommend this place!
I have been coming here for many years. Their food and service never disappoints and the staff are very engaged and friendly. Recently I ordered 2 Express Boxes for take out. Both were excellent and a very good value. Also, they are a 99A on their health score! Good Job.
