0 out of 10. The guy working was absolutely awful to us and the other customers in there. He made everyone feel uncomfortable and awkward. It says on google you close at 11:00 but apparently it’s 10:00 and boy did he make it known that we were an absolute inconvenience to him. We would have understood and left if he would have just politely told us “we’re closed” but he continued to take orders and harass us at the same time. -10 out of 10. My advice is STAY AWAY!!!!’The worst service I’ve ever had. My family was treated so badly, me and my small grandkids left with mo ice cream along with the other families in front of and behind us. We were also told he didn’t need our money he had plenty of money. He traumatized my small grandchildren. Shame on your family business to treat families so poorly.
My mom and I love this place! Best brownies and cookies homemade. I love their snowballs! We went everyday when we were in Tybee! Can’t recommend enough! Best ever! Jason is amazing too!
